Order Tracking

• Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation via email, WhatsApp, and SMS .
• We’ll send you a tracking number so you can check your delivery status anytime.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is shown during checkout.
• If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you via email and SMS .
• We don’t offer compensation for delays beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability

• COD is available for selected PIN codes.
• Use our serviceability tool on the payment page to check if COD is available in your area.

Returns & Refunds We offer easy returns within 3 days  of delivery, with some conditions:

Non-Returnable Items To ensure hygiene, we cannot accept returns  for:

• Lingerie, briefs, panties, socks, and similar innerwear.

Exchanges Need a different size? You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery , as long as:

• The product is in its original condition with tags intact.
• We have stock available.
• One exchange is allowed per order.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@jackboy.in with your order number  and reason for return.
2. If needed, upload images to support your claim.
3. Provide your pickup address and, for COD orders, your bank details .
4. We’ll approve the return and send you a return shipping label .
